Vendor Applications
Commercial Vendor Agreement
Commercial vendors include businesses wishing to showcase their products and or services in the indoor market area.
Fine Art & Food Indoor Marketplace Vendor Application (JURIED)
Vendors include fine arts and craft vendors, pre-packaged and gourmet foods, etc. Vendors will be selected by Lay It Out Events prior to January 20, 2012. Space is limited, please submit applications as early as possible.
Ice Carving Exhibition Form
Located in Festival Center, the 2012 Ice Carving Exhibition attracts groups & individuals from around the region who wish to display their artistic talent with ice!
Snow Sculpting Exhibition Form
Located in Festival Center, the 2012 Snow Sculpting Exhibition attracts groups & individuals from around the region who wish to display their artistic talent with snow!
OMSI Kid’s Area Vendor Application
Kid-friendly products, services and or activities. The OMSI tent area has limited space, we recommend submitting applications before the end of the year.
Outdoor Commercial Vendor Application
Adjacent to the main marketplace tent, outdoor vendors include a wide-range of products and services. Note that these vendor spaces are outdoors and all products and services must be able to withstand severe weather conditions.
Restaurant Vendor Application
Restaurant vendors will be located together in a central area of the event. Space is limited, please reserve your space prior to the end of the year. Special consideration for vendors who participated in 2011 Winterfest.
